Floyd Balentine
Pilots of Promise is led by Floyd Balentine, an airline captain, mentor, and community-minded leader with a passion for creating opportunities for the next generation.
With a heart for service and a deep belief in the power of representation, mentorship, and exposure, Floyd created Pilots of Promise to help young people see beyond limitations and recognize what is possible when guidance and access meet purpose.
His vision is simple but powerful: connect students to real people, real stories, and real opportunities that can change the trajectory of their lives.
